Stampin Up! Scalloped Tag Topper Punch

Hello Im starting to get ready for Easter and have started making these cute little treat holders
Using the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch .
Take a piece of Card Stock 5 cm wide by 21 cm long Punch out both ends
Using your score tool Score at 9cm and 12 cm
Using your Extra Large Oval punch
Punch out a hole and decorate , I used Petite Petels stamp set and matching punch to do that
some Washi tape and a bow to tie your treat holder together
take no time at all to make and very cute indeed
