Here is another card using Polka dot punches Ive made this card for a wedding card or engagement card the card is all embossed Im really happy how this card turned out.

In the stars/ outline for fun are the stamp sets used here Inks choc chip and basic black brads are from the pretties kit and the large star punch was used to punch out the star,hope this gives you some more ideasXXXXXXXXXXXX

Time well spent

I had a lovely time last night playing in my craft room .Here is a technique using heat & stick powder & glitter.cut out an oval shape from scrap paper to create my oval shape placed it on to whisper white CS and stamped my image from time well spent colored the bike in with my markers ( I LOVE MY MARKERS) they have so many uses.then with my oval template still in place i used my versamark and inked the pad directly on to the CS, before it dried i sprinkled heat & stick powder then heated with my heat tool until melted sprinkled the glitter over while the powder was still hot then reheated for about 10 seconds to set . I finished the card of by attaching a felt flower with a brad in the middle the flowers can be found in the summer mini, & some ribbon rose red again ,summer mini these ribbon come in three popular colors rose red, bashful blue &chocolate chip they are 2.5cm wide and double stitched of course I had to have one of each as they go with so many things. hope you like my card i will be back soon xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Time well spent with loads of love

Here is a card i made using the words & the seat from the stamp set Time well spent the flowers & trees are from the stamp set Loads of love. This is what did I stamped all images using Stazon on to confetti white CS everything was coloured using my markers the fine end of the marker was used for the flowers ,the seat & trees I used my Auqa painters & the fat end of my markers to apply color I added some dazzling diamonds with the 2 way glue pen to finish of the card. I think this card is really cute when I got the time well spent Set I was a bit stuck on what I would do with the seat so this is one idea & i have a few more floating around in my head.

Eastern Blooms

Hello Everyone well Christmas is over we all had a great day we were all very spoilt

and had a lovely day eating drinking and talking and spending time with family.

A very Merry Christmas

This will be my last post until after Christmas so thank you to everyone that sent us beautiful Christmas cards. For the Postman

Whoops I nearly forgot our postman !!! so I quickly made this card for him the main image is stamped onto watercolor paper using the stamp from loads of love. The mail box I drew by hand

then I water colored using my markers and aqua Painters. Yes our letter box does look like this and we live done 8 kms of dirt road our postman has done a great job delivering our mail as the road is having major works on it and at one stage I thought we had lost our mail box as it was shifted and it was a bit of a drama to get the mail so thank you MR Mail man as I have received some beautiful cards which I have proudly hanging near our Christmas tree.

Oh christmas Tree

Ok sorry I have been a Bad blogger haven't been here to show you anything for days.

The large tree up the top was for a center piece for a Christmas Dinner with friends. Its quiet tall made from 2 12x12 CS the base is half a sheet of 12x12 cut into a triangle. The star on top is made from the stampin up star punch.I made a garland to decorate the tree and then baubles which I wrote the names of our guests on and scattered them around the tree.

I also made little tree name cards to match and inside placed a golden coin chocolate.

For father

I love this stamp set as I love water coloring using aqua painters & markers. Ive also created Faux floor boards as I think it goes nicely with this card A bit of paper tearing & a jumbo eyelet was added to finish the card.

Friendly Flowers

This card is made with the stamp set friendly Flowers

Pg 7 of the summer mini.I used earth elements markers to color these stamps .

DON'T FORGET the single markers are still able to be ordered for $4.95 each until Dec 14th.

I punched out the stamped images using scallop & circle Punch's.

Ribbon is old Olive , the dots across the bottom is the jumbo wheel Lots of dots Pg 7 using more mustard ink cartridge. If you haven't used markers direct to stamps have a play its great fun . Over the next few weeks I will be posting cards from the Summer mini , so i hope you come back often maybe get some ideas.XX

In the Stars

This card was made using the stamp set In the stars Pg 14 summer mini.

Background paper is called outlaw DS

paper stamped using Choc chip and I used the large star punch to punch out the stars I love how stampin up have their Punch's made to fit the stamp sets.

Here is a card Ive made using more goodies from the summer mini. I love these felt flowers found on pg. 10 Ive used some of the DS paper from the Bali breeze Papers, the new scallop punch was used to scallop the paper the square was punched out using the new square scallop punch, finished off with ribbon pumpkin pie a brad in the middle of the flowers Placed all on whisper white CS easy and quick. Embrace life Stained glass

This is the stamp set Embrace life (summer mini catty)

Hello BEA from Canada. Bea asked how I did this so here goes. I stamped the image using versamark then embossed it using black embossing powder. Then I coloured using Cameo coral, Ruby red ,& old olive markers applied some glitter then cut it out . I used some dimensionals to keep it raised off the page. The photo isn't that good the card looks beautiful up close.

Summer Mini Catalogue

The summer mini Catty is released today I love everything in it, and have been busy creating using the new stamp sets DS papers and the new punches. over the next few weeks I will be posting photos of cards made using products from the spring mini. xxxxxxxxxx

Faux Leather loads of love

A male Birthday card I used the faux leather technique here. Stamped the Ute from loads of love onto water color paper used markers and aqua painters to color.I stamped the balloons
onto water color paper I like the effect
the ink creates on the paper, sat them on some dimensionals used a brad to attach the balloons to the Ute.
the Leather look is made by tearing masking tape into pieces covering the CS then I rubbed the ink pads directly on to the tape once was happy with the look I rubbed a sponge over the top to remove any excess ink Have a try at this Tecnique is really easy and very effective.

Diorama Card Peace Love Joy

Here is another Diorama Card. These cards fold down flat and Ive made this card so it fits into a C6 size envelope. I used a number of different SU Christmas stamp sets how many can see?

Diorama Card unfrogetable

This card is called a diorama card. It was great fun to make a little time consuming but well worth it The stamp set I used is unfrogetable stamped in Stazon inks and colored with my markers.I wish you could see it for real as the full effect of the card just doesn't show up in a photo, anyway give making one of these cards a go you want wont to part with it.
Measurements that I used to make this card are:
Width 10.5 cms X 3, 2 pieces of card stock 25.5 cms scored at 5cm, 15.5cms.
middle piece of Card stock 20.5 cms scored at 2.5cms,15.5cms.

This card Ive made using the seasons of joy stamp set (spring mini) CS Bravo burg I used the markers on the main stamp & the DS paper is holiday harmony Thankyou Simone as I case'd this one from her with a few variation's this is what I came up with. xxxx

Hung up on the holidays giftcard money holder

Here I have made a gift card or money holder I case'd this idea from my lovely upline Janine she made these for us as a pressie at regionals thank you Janine. CS & ink purely pomegranate.
hung up on the holidays stamp set, I also used a stamp from the priceless Stamp set to create the swirls on the inside of the holder.Wild wasabi CS & ribbon, the scallop & circle punch as well as of course dazzling diamonds glitter for a little bling.
Just another fabulous idea for the festive season.( Sorry about the photos not being that good lately have had to use another camera for a while)

Dont forget stampin ups Single markers are only on sale until the end of November dashing designer paper,was used to make this double pocket gift bag. Seasons of joy stamp set was used. Here is were the markers were used take the fat end of the marker and ink directly on to your stamp You are able then to use a variety of colors all at once you can even leave out parts of you stamp if you wish. Dont forget to huff on your stamp before stamping on to your CS

Back with Swaps Regionals MELB 2008

Well I'm back from Melbourne and had a great time these are some of the swaps I received these are all made by the ladies in our team, Aren't they just fantastic!!! Left bottom bookmark card made by Maree, right bottom card made by Maureen, left top this is a note pad that has been covered by Jenny the card top right was made by Janine and the little match box containing mint patties was made by Simone. These are such Talented ladies I keep telling them they should have their own blogs Then they can become as obsessed as ME. After seeing these swaps I wont to get more Stamp sets as i LOVE all of them. I will be back with some pics of other swaps shortly BYE.

Stair Step Fold

Hello Everyone I know I said I would be back to show you how to make a pop up card (I will get around to it)promise. Ive been working on this card finally finished it.A lot of fun to make but a lot of work. The card fold is called stair step you can let your imagination run wild here . Ive made this card especially for Simone, its here birthday on Wednesday saying that I had better get this card in the mail I hope it doesn't arrive too late have a go at making this card its great fun.(now to the pop up directions:))
